At Zanorivane, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- The return request must be approved by our customer support team before shipping the item back
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration
- Items returned without prior authorization
- Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase)
- Returns requested after the 14-day return window
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us first by email at rutingmo@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery. Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and clear photos if applicable.
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions once approved. Please do not send items back without authorization.
4. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to our error.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or delayed return shipments.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting us as soon as possible. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow the return process.
8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original order (if eligible) and place a new order separately.

If you experience any issues with your order, we kindly ask that you contact us first. Most concerns can be resolved quickly through direct communication without the need to open a dispute.
